Job Role: Associate/Analyst – RWE/HEOR Specialist:-

Key Responsibilities:-
As an RWE/HEOR Specialist at PharmSight, you will:
- Perform end-to-end healthcare analytics including patient journey studies, outcomes assessment, and cost/utilization modeling.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale healthcare datasets (IQVIA, Optum, MarketScan, HealthVerity, CPRD, etc.).
- Develop statistical summaries, cross-tabulations, and reproducible outputs using SQL and Excel.
- Create insightful presentations and deliverables for global pharmaceutical clients.
- Manage assigned projects independently or support senior consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements and internal knowledge building initiatives.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biostatistics, Public Health, or Health Economics.
- 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in RWE/HEOR, pharma analytics, or healthcare data analysis.
- Familiarity with claims and clinical datasets: IQVIA, Optum, Truven/MarketScan, Symphony, CPRD.
- Knowledge of ICD-9/10, CPT, NDC, HCPCS coding and patient cohort design.
- Strong SQL (Snowflake, Redshift, DBeaver) and MS Excel expertise.
- Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
